Delivery
All our items are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class post or signed for recorded delivery. During busy periods our dispatch time may take a little longer & for bespoke items where we may not have the materials in stock dispatch could take up to 4 weeks.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.
Faulty/Damaged Returns
If you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us immediately and let us know the item fault. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

Exchanges
If you would like to change the size, colour or print of your item that’s no problem. Please email us and let us know what you would like instead. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure it’s safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
